Craig began his career with PWC. Since then, he has been in the telecommunications and IT sector for over 20 years, working at both Optus and Telstra. As company founder and director, he provides strategic direction and solutions for telecommunication and IT services across our broad client base. Craig combines financial skills with his ability to simplify technical issues and articulate solutions for clients. His in-depth knowledge and vision have ensured the business has continued to strengthen and grow.

Mark has had extensive experience in the ICT industry, spending 12 years with the Leightons Group in lead IT project and management roles supporting multiple sites. From there he built a strong technical base and strengthened his client relationship support skills. Mark is responsible for leading the technical direction and driving innovation of our IT services and solutions and provides technical leadership to our team.

As an IT specialist, David has over 15 years’ experience in delivering quality IT solutions and services. He specialises in IT managed service and sourcing solutions to assist SMB organisations to enhance their productivity, with a focus on IT governance. David’s strengths lie in his ability to build rapport and achieve an in-depth understanding of the client’s needs, and then design and execute a services framework that achieve an exceptional end-user experience.

John is a qualified Engineer with over 20 years’ experience with Shell in the resources industry. He specialises in transformation project management and risk management, covering all elements of business process including control framework design and implementation. At IT For Business, John manages specialised projects, client reporting and compliance. He is also responsible for our own business process improvement initiatives, and both client and vendor contract management.

Kate has a background in finance, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with PWC. She has worked in a variety of service-based industries including funds management and family office services. More recently, she’s been in the ICT sector working at a strategic and financial level. At IT For Business she is also responsible for recruiting and retaining passionate talent and overseeing the culture strategy of the company.

Tim is the GM of C2 Communications, a leading Australian full-service VoIP provider and fully owned by IT For Business. As an accomplished General Manager, he is widely recognised for his proficiency in customer relations, marketing, sales, and golf. With a successful career spanning over a decade, Tim excels in building strong client connections. His strategic prowess, innovative tech adoption, and deep customer insight has enabled him to turn C2 Communications into the largest and longest standing 3CX phone systems partner in Australia, all whilst maintaining a strict focus on customer service and relationships.
